Product Marketing Manager

Ory’s flagship zero trust network “Ory Network” is a global, scalable and secure platform for managing identities and its distribution across various internet services including IoT and emerging Fintech systems. Ory is a modern software start-up founded in 2019 that promotes an open, diverse, and collaborative working culture.

As a product marketing manager at Ory, your role will be to lead owned media channels to new customers to adopt the Ory Network. You will be responsible for strategy, execution excellence and accountability reporting. You will play a key role in the development of the product marketing and decide on key success factors. With product management and your marketing colleagues you will regularly assess the product and the market.

What you'll do

  • Creation of the product marketing marketing strategy and goals. This includes adoption success, action plan, churn prevention and analytics.
  • Design and implementation of all product marketing measures and campaigns.
  • Evaluate and decide on software and tools for use in product marketing.
  • Build and optimize relevant owned media channels such as email marketing, webinars, product onboarding and community events.
  • Creative design of product and onboarding content.
  • Creating event driven communication and CRM workflows.
  • Conducting regular product adoption insights sessions for your Ory colleagues.
  • Participate in strategy sessions with Ory management.

We’re looking for someone who has

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • A strong passion for the internet and data privacy, security and transparency.
  • A strong understanding of customer needs and a drive to provide them with sustainable solutions.
  • Two to three years of professional experience in digital marketing.
  • An excellent understanding of product adoption and customer success.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics software and CRM systems and communication tools.
  • A strong affinity for data and strong customer focus.
  • Strong interest in marketing trends and best practices.
  • A basic understanding of web technologies such as the HTTP protocol, HTML and Javascript.
  • Ideally marketing experience in SaaS, B2B or software environments.
